you mean, that untill it wasn't recked by the free-marketeers
it was the best and most comprehensive health service in
the world? Yes, I expected you to know that.

I'm surprised by your lack of political sophistication.

Neither can I. Perhaps Eva Balogh has special powers.

You've been awfully frisky lately, Amos. Are you sure you're not exceeding
the recommended daily intake of Geritol?

You say that she (Aniko) doesn't need any defense, yet, you come to it.
That's a rather transparent strategy, wouldn't you say? Or, are you
actually agreeing with her "observation" that every other (and now -
feeling the heat - she's changed it to every third) car in Budapest is a BMW?

I almost never give money to charities. People in need should never ever
have to depend on charity. If there's a genuine need, then it's a social
responsibility and I'll gladly pay higher taxes, along with everyone else,
to help them.

You didn't care much about the Canadian health care system and wouldn't let
go of your notion that it cost more than the American system until I
produced some government stats. And then, of course, someone piped in to
say that stats don't tell the whole story.

So, without rehashing the whole health care system debate again, I'd like
to know if Eva Balogh's knowledge of the English system is from statistics,
hearsay, anecdotes, or experience?
