Mult-Nivela Merkatado
=====================
ric^ig^i, ol en iu ajn alia. En Usono hodiau~ estas preskau~ 500'000
milionuloj kaj 20% el tiuj ric^ig^is lige al Multnivela Merkatado (nomu
g^in MNM).
Finfine oni plene agnoskis MNM-on kaj ec^ instruas g^in en Harward-a kaj
aliaj Universitatoj.
G^i jam havas
multemiliardajn vendadenspezojn...
varoj. Krom tio ankau~ ac^eteblas libroj, gazetoj, artaj^oj,
mang^ilaroj, vestaj^oj, kaj diversaj nutraj^produktoj. La liston eblas
dau~rigi, c^ar konstante aldonig^as novaj varoj. Dum lastaj 10 jaroj
bankrotig^as samofte kiel ordinaraj. Iuj taksas MNM-on kiel realigitan
revon, aliaj nekontente grimacas, kiam temas pri MNM.
Kio do estas fenomeno de MNM ?
komercado. Evidente, MNM ne estas industrio kiel ekzemple konstruado,
elektroniko, metalurgio kaj tiel plu... Pli g^uste g^i estas komerca
koncepto, kiun eblas kunligi kun iu ajn varo au~ servo. La avantag^o
estas en la tiel nomata multobliganta profito. C^iu konas tiel nomatan
linian profiton - Vi laboras unu tagon kaj ricevas unutagan salajron, vi
laboras semajnon, do ricevas unusemajnan salajron. Vi kudros unu robon,
do ricevos monon kontrau~ tiu c^i laboro. Kelkaj profesioj donas eblecon
ricevi tre grandan linian profiton, ekzemple en kinematografio,
medicino, juro. Sed kutime linia profito donas sufic^e limigitajn
Komponistoj, artistoj, verkistoj
ankau~ ricevas akumuladan profiton.
Kio do estas Multnivela
Merkatado? G^i komencig^as de produktisto, kiu volas vendi siajn varojn.
C^efe oni elektas MNM-on por eviti multmilionajn kostojn por
surmerkatigi novan varon. Kvankam ec^ c^i okaze eblas malgajni pro tro
granda konkurenco.
firmao kaj g^iaj varoj.
distribuantoj, kiuj konstruas propran reton, altirante 4-5 novajn
aktivajn distribuantojn, kiuj siavice varbas aliajn... Tio povas dau~ri
Varbi novajn
distribuantojn signifas, ke ili komencas vendi la samajn varojn. Kaj Vi
tempo ) kaj pro ilia laboro Vi ricevas premiojn. Se Vi diros, ke tio ne
povas esti - ne rapidu. Mi konas distribuantojn, kiuj profitas de 50'000
g^is 100'000 dolaroj monate (jes, mi ne eraris, - monate!). Kaj multaj
Ne c^iuj atingos plej superan nivelon, tamen
ric^ig^i povas c^iu!
MNM-firmaoj preskau~ ne elspezas monon al reklamo, kaj pro tio altigas
premiojn por distribuantoj, kiuj mem reklamas ties varojn por atingi
novajn klientojn kaj varbi novajn distribuantojn.
Plej grava en MNM estas tio, ke g^i funkcias. La koncepto estas tiom
simpla, ke multaj kleruloj ne sukcesas akcepti g^in kaj taksas g^in
fiafera au~ falsa. Jes, MNM estas simpla, tamen - mi devas diri veron -
ne facila ! Ne miksu simplecon kaj facilecon. Plej gravas en la laboro
kontaktoj kun homoj. Eblas nomi g^in "popola komerco". Alia konvena nomo
propran organizaj^on.
pretas ig^i distribuanto - sekve Vi trovig^as sur la vojo al ric^eco. Vi
devas esti certa, ke tiuj homoj pretas ac^eti la varojn kaj serc^i
aliulojn, konvenaj al tiu c^i laboro. La varoj devas atingi ties
ac^etantojn. MNM ne estas "ludo en letero". Vi kaj Viaj distribuantoj
devas rakonti al homoj pri la varoj, kial kaj kiel ili uzu g^in. Kaj
rakonti pro tio, ke ili mem povas bone profiti, varbante aliulojn...
kontaktos ilin konstante, plu varmigante ilian entuziasmon. Tamen ankau~
c^i okaze multaj el ili lasos la laboron.
Kion konkrete fari?
Se vi ekinteresig^is pri Multnivela Merkatumado, faru jenon:
Ne rapidu ig^i
distribuanto, ec^ se viaj sponsoroj rapidigas vin. Ekzistas centoj
kiuj ruinig^as pro financa malsufic^o au~ pro erara gvidado.
do pli bone elekti varojn, kiuj "vendas sin mem" kaj konstante
dietproduktojn k.t.p. C^i kaze vi devas mem uzi tiujn produktojn.
Eksciu pri financa stato, pri gvidantaro, pri sukcesoj de elektota
firmao dum lastaj 3-5 jaroj.
rezervojn pli ol sufic^ajn por klientoj kaj por vi mem. Ne devas
esti multe da papera laboro, c^ar solidaj firmaoj estas plene
komputiligitaj kaj sendas al siaj distribuantoj c^iumonatan
raporton kaj premiojn rekte al ilia hejmo. Atente esploru ilian
konkretan komercan planon kaj ju pli kompreneblas g^i, des pli
bonas.
Sukcesa
firmao faras g^in kolore kaj bonkvalite.
aliuloj. Provu kompreni filozofion de la firmao - c^u g^i
interesig^as pri sukcesoj de siaj distribuantoj? Bazo de MNM: multe
da distribuantoj vendas po iomete. Se iu firmao ne zorgas pri
simplaj distribuantoj - do ne tus^u g^in.
* SE vi jam elektis la firmaon, plu laboru kun g^i. Unu el la plej
grandaj eraroj estas farig^i distribuanto samtempe en kelkaj
firmaoj. Tio malhelpos al vi koncentrig^i je la sola komercado, kio
vere bezonatas por sukcesi. Do evitu oftajn transirojn de firmao al
firmao.
* Faru propran liston de potencialaj viaj distribuontoj. G^i povas
tiu c^i laboro.
MNM!
Vi bezonas homojn, kiuj volas pli kaj pli scii pri la firmao, pri
konkreta komerca plano, homoj, kiuj ofte demandas vin. Vi ne bezonas
homojn, kiujn necesas persvadi, konvinki. Ili ne eklaboros kaj ne perdu
vane vian energion.
Vi
bezonas nur 4-5 seriozajn kaj aktivajn distribuantojn. Tio signifas, ke
ili devas mendi la varojn c^iumonate kaj varbi 4-5 novajn seriozajn
distribuantojn. Kaj ili instruu siajn distribuantojn fari la samon.
Kion vi mem volas?
------------------
MNM postulas klaran celon ec^ pli ol ordinara komerco.
antau~ si mem celojn kaj nure 3% fiksas tion skribe.
Ili ec^ diros, ke vi frenezig^is
kaj pris^ercos vin. Ili ankau~ povas kolerig^i pro timo, ke eble vi
personeco, viaj scioj pri firmao kaj ties varoj plus via entuziasmo kaj
deziro venki. Mi tre rekomendas al vi ac^eti motivantajn kasedojn kaj
librojn.
vin per pozitivaj libroj, kasedoj, interrilatu kun homoj kiuj subtenas
viaj sponsoroj, estu pozitivaj, nepre ekuzu varojn, kiuj vi intencas
vendi, parolu kun aliuloj pri ties utilo, mobilizu vian propran potencon
kaj... ANTAU~EN!
Lau~ B. Hadler kompilita de Kurolap Zinovi
Rim.
esperantistoj. La (jam c^esinta) e-revuo "MONO" ofte okupig^is pri g^i
(ec^ g^ia distribuado estis organizita lau~ tiu modelo), kaj la temo jam

Pulling my leg again? If I post an article, under an assumed Hungarian

you accept that the author was Hungarian, indeed, simply because you

Right. But this is exactly the point: you have no reason to assume that
"Virgil Ardelean" is Romanian (well, this is not quite true, you have a
very good reason to make that assumption: it fits your purposes :-)

So, you're contradicting yourself. First you claim that France has already
assimilated its minorities, then you explain why France cannot assimilate
its minorities. You still haven't stated your position WRT France: is it
a democracy or not? Is the fact that France denies the very existence
of minorities on its teritory relevant to the question? Could Romania
become a democracy by adopting the French attitude? Of course, I'm not
advocating the French attitude.

Let me emphasize that it was HDUR which left the Convention and not the
Convention which expelled HDUR. This talks a lot about who wasn't willing
to compromise.

Following this newsgroup for the past four PLUS years it occurs
to me that this Internet is really bursting forth at the seems with new
resources, new members & access, new information all of the time. Even
when you learn to use it in a purely UNIX form, you could learn about it
everyday for a year and still only scratched the surface. This is a
truly unique way to disseminate and gather information.
The past four years have seen a growth in membership, hence more
opportunity for people to learn about this newsgroup. In the last month
or so I began exploring the World Wide Wide more. I had never done this
before. Unfortunatley as my UNIX skills are rusty and at my site and
details are sketchy as to how to access the Web graphically I have been
using AOL to access the Web.
I found a great Web Tool called "HotDog" from Australia which
helps the budding WebHead create a personal WebSite: all you need is
time to make/create one, a site which provides you a room to keep
a public file like that for others to access and a little creativity.
I also noticed in the last few months that there seems to be
a proliferation of information about various Tanchaz's, lectures,
lunchoens, guest speakers, etc. expressly geared toward the Hungarian
Americans in various cities all over the US. Washington DC, New Jersey,
New York, Virginia all come to mind.
But one thing remains and it seems to be lacking. Chicago also
has a Hungarian community albeit small, we exist, are here, and have
our own lectures, guest speakers, concerts, luncheons mostly connected
to St Stephen King of Hungary Church but not exclusive to the church.
We have recitials, dinner dances, Kavehaz's, fund raisers etc. We are
small but we thrive.
The reason for my post is simple, and although it's taken nearly
two fulls screens to get to the point (ha!), I thought I'd let the group
know that any interested parties can access a little background on St
Stephens by visiting a link to my web site. Also anyone who may find
my name somewhat familar (only die hards and those who consistently
read s.c.m or have read it over the last 4 years) know that I've written
about my involvement in the only Hungarian egyutes (band) that existed
in Chicago from 1988-1993. We were called MoonLite and entertained the
Hungarian community in Chicago for that time.
We were well liked, often talked about postitively and people
asked what happened when we decided to break up: so people were obvi-
ously aware, if nothing else, that we existed. One of my best memories
of being in the band itself stems from a Hunyadi Matyas Cserkesz Csapat
bal exactly four years ago tonight. The dance floor was packed! People
sang along with us as we played - the entire night was a great succes
for the scouts financially here in Chicago. So that we were also a
means to an end as well - if someone wanted people to show up and parti-
cipate, during those years, they asked MooLite to come and play - the
rest would follow. I also have a link on my home page to a photo

Némelyikben magam is
valaki, aki felvette a kesztyűt, a vitát provokáló kihátrált,
es eltűnt a cibertér bugyraiban.
A kérdést még felszínesen, egyes pontjait kiragadva megvi-
tatni sem könnyű dolog. A téma ugyanis rendkívül forrásigé-
nyes (és forrásgazdag). Viszont örök téma révén, ha nem fog-
lalkozunk vele alaposabban, mindig ide fogunk kilyukadni.
Egyszer tényleg sort kéne keríteni rá.

Well, he said "from Romanians", not "from Romania" :-)
Strictly speaking, the name of "Romania" was adopted in 1866. Between
1859 and 1866 it was "The United Principalities of Moldavia and Wallachia".
However, the Romanian nation existed for a very long time, even without
a "properly" named state. This is not something specific to Romania,
Italy and Germany are other examples.

Of course it "can be" but is far less likely to be than the alternatives --
eg. monarchies, sultanates, dictatorshits, etc. which is "rule by the
minority." You know damn well which one the majority of people anywhere in
the world would choose.
Mark Cristian wrote:

Which recent one are you referring to? There are a number. And it hasn't
been recent -- it's been continuing throughout Canadian history.
BTW, the great Canadian democracy does not oppress native Americans; they
oppress Native Canadians aka First Nations People.
But then again, we mustn't get too politically correct with you, after all
you are Mr Anti-Predator aka tigani-golani aka gypsy aka Roma. Let's talk in
your language and call them redskins and their women, squaws.
You might find this quotation by Sioux Indian Chief Sitting Bull after the
battle of Little Bighorn interesting. It was his reply to American General
Alfred Terry who wanted him to return to America. The quote appeared in the
book, The North West Mounted Police: 1873 - 1893, by John Peter Turner. Chief
Sitting Bull had found sanctuary in Canada, as had many black slaves via the
underground railway. Sitting Bull said, "We did not give you our country; you
took it from us. Look how I stand with these people. Look at me. You think I
am a fool, but you are a greater fool than I am. This house, the home of the
English, is a medicine house and you come here to tell us lies. We do not want
to hear them. Now I have said enough. You can go back. Say no more. Take your
lies with you. I will stay with these people. The country we came from
belonged to us; you took it away from us; we will live here."
BTW, what do you call a World Wide Web home page for North American Indians? a
WEBWAM.

I wouldn't call you Romanians barbarians. I'd call you wonderfully weird

It is absolutely certain that all dictatorshits, sultanates, monarchies,
and the ruling elite of authoritarian regimes, and all those who earn their
bread and butter from such organs would consider Canada's form of democracy
alarming, if not disturbing.
It brings happiness to my heart that such regimes feel that way.
Personally, I am a democratic "imperialist." I am very proactive concerning
subversion. I highly recommend exporting insidious rot to undermine
undemocratic regimes. During the East-West detente years, I was appalled
that the West gave up the possibility of beaming tv signals directly into
the Soviet bloc. Radio Canada was as pale and timid as chalk in these
matters -- not like Radio Liberty or VOA or the BBC. I was appalled by many
things the West did not do. One of the most powerful forces is rock-and-
roll. This was a vehicle by which the West could reinforce the inherent
rebellion of youth. And I was thrilled that the US Armed Forces used
amplified heavy metal to torment the Panamanian dictator (I forgot the
asshole's name) holed up in some embassy. However, too many Western youth were
afflicted with naivite, and I could rouse very few of them to take subversive
action against the "Iron Curtain".
It MAY be true that the current majority in Romania would find such
democracy disturbing. (Democracy, by its very nature, disturbs. Democrazy
aka demo crazy aka demonstration crazy) The current majority in Romania has
not had much experience with it -- a situation I regret.
"Other parts of the world?" Well, I'd prefer that they inform me
democratically of their wishes. Otherwise, we get into fruitless
speculation. I can't speak for "other parts of the world" any more than you
can. (But I'd certainly give your opinions far more credence than those of
despots, dictatorshits, etc., quantumly so.)
